I worked out today which is my 4th day at the gym

I have to admit the trainer helped me a lot now I can actually spend around 30-40 min on the weights area without be like ummm what do I do….

2morrow im doing yoga in the morning then around 30 min cardio and weights but we’ll see i have yet to wake up and go to zumba haha maybe Tuesday if im not too dead ;)
